Wow.

Wow. I realize its important to keep an eye on your child at all times, but every once in awhile I have to leave the room, or turn my back for a second. Here's what I found after leaving the kitchen, where Mylo was, for one minute...

Yep, eating dog food. Not kidding. Luckily, the camera was within arms reach, because it was too hilarious NOT to get a picture of. But by the time I got to him, he had 2 kibbles in his mouth, and several in his hand, ready to insert. He was quite frustrated when I fished them out of his mouth, attempting to explain that those are NOT Cheerios. Apparently he can get from the kitchen to the laundry room, then start eating dog food in less than a minute.

Here are some other pictures from our day. Keep in mind, Mylo has a cold, and we are feeling INCREDIBLY cooped. It snowed today, therefore we can't even run errands. We are DESPERATE for an outing that includes sunshine and warmth.

Two of his new favorite things - the sliding glass door, and the vent.

He doesn't want to play IN the excersaucer, but climbing UNDER it, now that's FUN...

"I may have snot running down my face, but I still got it, right ladies?!"

Is it sad that I have to check your "blog" to see what you're up to???! I miss you! I actually thought to myself, hmm. I haven't talked to Kate for a while, better make sure she's okay on her website. You're such a technology head.

Anyway, you called right as all hell was breaking loose. I can't wait til you have 8 kids and it's 6:00 and someone tries to call you. Then you'll wish you listened to me. Now it's too late to talk so I will call you tomorrow.

This isn't the purpose of your comment space is it.

Mylo looks so excited to be exploring his world more. I think Sophie clued him in about how good her chow is. Who wouldn't want to try it? Mylo looks just like his daddy in the "snot" photo. Hope Jon's nose isn't that messy & that you all are feeling better soon! And as my Grandma Peterman (your great grandma) used to say "if winter comes, can spring be far behind?"

XOXOXO Mom/Granny
