Did I tell you we got Wii and Wii Fit?! It is AWESOME. I have been having SO much fun with it! If you aren't familiar with it, Wii Fit lets you weigh yourself, tests you BMI, set goals, track your progress, has SUPER fun excercises, stretches, games, and MUCH MORE! It seriously makes me want to workout everyday. It lets you create a "Mii"...how cute am I?!

(don't mind the terrible photo quality...its a picture of my tv.)
It's also been a fun thing to do with family. We've had several "Wii parties" so far. Here's our cute little Wii Fit Family...

I did find something I REALLY don't like about this system though during one of our Wii parties. Notice the strapping young man on the far left? That's my brother in law, Josh. Notice how he's a little plumper than everyone else? Well, after I created his Mii (in a normal size), he did his body test. According to his weight and height, his BMI indicates that he is "obese"! And then the system automatically "plumped" him up! I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT! Luckily Josh isn't vain and won't have self esteem issues due to this. He is 5' 7" and is very muscular. He has wrestled his whole life. He is FAR from obese!
I did hear a story of a 10 year old girl being called "overweight" by the system too. And apparantly she was traumatized. So that's kind of a sucky "glitch" in the system. I can see why, especially girls, something like this would really upset someone!
But I do LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my Wii! I'm also obsessed with the Shaun White snowboarding game. It's hard to make yourself stop playing! Hmmm...I think I've become a gamer. :)

I bought a wii fit game that you can use with just the controllers...I'm so excited to use it. Haven't had time yet :(
