So imagine my excitement when I received the line of Banana Boat products to review!
I wasn't the ONLY one who couldn't contain my giddiness!...
We LOVE sunblock in this family! And we use a lot of it.
I am, of course MOST excited about the baby and kids products. The baby and kids spray is AWESOME. I wish I had a picture while applying it to Mylo. He dances around and LOVES to have it sprayed on him. AND...you don't have to rub it in. Just spray it on and you're all set! Then the Baby stick is fantastic to just rub onto his little face, so I don't accidentally get the spray in his eyes. So convenient!
Jon likes the Sport Performance for when he's out doing yardwork. It's sweat-proof, so it stays on when you're dripping sweat from all that mowing! (this is actually what he's always used, but had the lotion, not the spray.) These sprays are just fantastic. SO much easier to apply than a lotion!
And I am DIGGING the Ultra Defense products. Especially the face lotion...it is lightweight and non-greasy. I've used it several times in place of my regular face lotion, put make-up over it, and it looked great. You know how sometimes you can get those weird clumpy things from lotion with SPF in it if you put make-up on over it? Welp...none of that. It's great!
All of these products have AvoTriplex, which is Banana Boat's patented technology to protect against UVA and UVB rays. UVA rays are what cause premature aging. (no thanks!) And UVB rays are what cause sunburn. (double no thanks!) This technology blocks both of those rays and gives LONGER protection than just SPF alone.
We plan on spending A LOT of time outdoors this summer. I am super excited to have the whole line of Banana Boat products to protect my entire family! And my friends, and their kids... if you're a friend of mine and you're reading this, you're probably laughing because you KNOW its true! I almost ALWAYS ask people if they've got their sunblock on! Well my friends, this year, I'm armed even better than before!
