...because I need big hair for what I'm doing tonight.
I think this ought to do it...

I've got a plethora of 'supplies' stashed away for those seldom occasions where I need to glam it up a bit. Good thing I saved these bad boys.
I think I might go out and check my mail now and scare a few of the retirees in my 'hood. Let's just hope I don't give anyone a stroke from the shock.
Stay tuned for after pics...if I remember to take any.
**UPDATE**
I am definitely not as good at doing my hair as I hoped. I should have gone to Shelly's house. It's not as "big" as I was hoping for...

Even with the Bump-It...

Meh.
There's more to come, so stay tuned to find out WHY I need big hair tonight.
*CONCLUSION*
Ok, here's why I needed some big hair. I couldn't share because I was sworn to secrecy until the event happened.
Here's who I needed to be...

Minus the pain pills and ridiculous amount of cleavage showing of course.
And here's my version of Paula...

That picture was taken after lots of dancing, sweating, and judging the surprise American Idol karaoke contest at our church's youth group winter formal dance held earlier this evening.
And to answer your question,

Yes, I gave myself the Paula cheek mole.
Here's an action shot of the judging panel...
(yes, I know, you can barely see it, it was dark in there.)

(well we had one other guy who played a guest judge, not Simon, and since I've never seen the show, that's right, never seen American Idol, I can't for the life of me remember who the character was. But the guy's name in real life was Ian, I know that much!)
See there he is...

...and my bump-it of course.
We had A BLAST tonight. One of my besties Pam and her husband are our youth pastors, and they put together a SUPER fun event for our teens. Which by the way, we have some of the most amazing, inspiring young people in our church who love the Lord with a reckless abandonment that is inspiring to say the least.

I used to use those bad boys to straighten my hair in the days before flat irons! I used to have to sleep in them. UGH!
Hee-hee! I love that you used a Bump-it! Can't wait to hear how it went.
I think the hair looks great!! love the mole :)
Looks like it was fun...I can't believe you've never see Idol! You TOTALLY have to watch it this coming season, it's hilarious
