Blizzard 2008 - Part 2 - Randomness

*News Update*
It has been confirmed that the idiot Dodge Neon guy who slid into our yard is actually an idiot. Jon said he was so cracked out he could barely talk...he looked like he just stepped off that show "Intervention". Jon and 3 other neighbors were out there for a good 45 minutes helping him, and the guy didn't even say "thank you".

Here is how our day stuck at home has gone! First off, I'm proud of myself because I actually remembered to marinade the steaks for our steak fajitas we're having tonight!

Looks delicious, huh? The marinade is vegetable oil, lime juice, orange juice, garlic, jalepeno, cilantro, cumin, and salt. Mmm, mmm good.

Mama's done SIX loads of laundry...

Mylo's done his share of work by helping both mommy and daddy work on the computer. Here he is under the desk with Sophie helping me blog...

Here he is helping daddy put our snowblower up for sale on Craigs List...

...because apparently our snowblower is useless for anything more than a few inches. He ended up borrowing our neighbors $750 (!) snowblower. (we are NOT replacing ours with a $750 one, by the way)...

Here are some shots of Mylo enjoying his lunch. A jelly sandwich and yogurt, mmm...

Sophie has also been doing her part to help around the house today, such as making sure the couch in the music room is still comfortable...

And making sure the snow is still deep in the backyard...

Is this the most random blog entry you've ever read, or what?

Ya, I move snow the old fashioned way. Plus, the shovel was only $4.99 at the store :D
