Someone I know is 6 1/2 months old. And we all know by the looks of him he's STARVING. :)

So this morning I started making some homemade baby food...
I love making baby food. Its so easy, nutritious, delicious, and cost-effective! I like knowing EXACTLY what I'm putting into my baby's body.
Can you guess what the two foods are pictured above??
I puree my baby food, put it in ice cube trays, and freeze it so its all ready to go in little 1 oz. cubes. Its great!

I made Taites baby food. His favorite was mango! you dont even have to puree that tho, just smush it.
Oh and Taite STILL loves peas. He will eat them frozen.

I was going to ask you yesterday if you had started feeding him. Alexis is getting hungry, so I need to start feeding her! She has this look of I want your food.
I make my own baby food too! (By the way, found your blog through Uniquely Placed) My little girl is 8 months and can't get enough of the homemade stuff.

My guess is sweet potatoes & peas too! I make Reagan's food too. We are going to start her on food soon. I can't wait!

I used to make my own baby food but ethan was so picky I didn't get to use half of it....=(
I think it's avacado and squash.
I loved making baby food for my second son Jack. I was too nervous about making it for my first son Owen. I wish I had though...once you make it yourself that Gerber food is junk.
