Buffalo Chicken Kabobs
YUM! Want the recipe?
:: Please, please, friends. STOP begging...I'll give it to you! ::
Ingredients:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix olive oil and red pepper sauce. Place potatoes and chicken in separate baking dishes, brush each with olive oil/red pepper mixture, leaving some of the mixture remaining. Bake potatoes about 30 minutes until tender but still slightly firm. Bake chicken 20 minutes. Set out potatoes and chicken to cool.
Get 10 skewers - layer on potatoes, chicken and celery - 2 pieces of each per skewer. Brush finished skewers with remaining olive oil/red pepper mixture. Sprinkle with pepper and seasoned salt to taste. Sear skewers on grill. (The grilling part is my husband's department, so I have no idea what to tell you about temperature and length of time. You guys are smart though, I'm sure you'll figure it out.)
Serve with blue cheese dressing. Enjoy!!
