Ever watch the show Max & Ruby on Nick Jr.?
Well I have a theory.
I am convinced that Ruby's going to be experimenting with methamphetamine by the time she's 13. I mean, that poor girl has SO much riding on her little bunny shoulders. And I have watched enough Intervention on A&E to know that she's just the type to fall prey to drug-use.
My number one question when I watch this show is "WHERE ARE HER PARENTS??!" Why is she always responsible for Max and his well-being? She never gets to have fun with her other bunny-scout friends because Max always has to tag along because their parents are MIA. And that Grandma of theirs is obviously good for nothin' since Ruby is consistently hopping around town picking berries, preparing tea parties, getting family pictures etc. for the lady.
I just feel bad for Ruby. Her future is doomed. There's just too much she has to be responsible for.

That is one of my favorite toddler shows! Don't dis Ruby man!!! Just don't read into it too much it will ruin it for you : )
That's hilarious! We LOVE Max and Ruby over here...I've thought about the parent thing, but I'm with McSarah, man, don't dis the bunny! I think it teaches how great it is to really care about your siblings and learn to work things out peacefully among yourselves...
Oh, I am so glad to hear someone else with the same feelings on Max and Ruby. After watching the show a few times I decided that we didn't need to watch it anymore. I just didn't want Bailey to grow up thinking she had to parent her sister like Ruby parents Max. I totally agree in wondering where their parents are.
Love this. I think Ruby is too bossy. LOL she is always telling Max what to do.
